3 Tips to make sure you're not Dehydrated, Irritated and Lazy

There's only thing you need to be doing honestly - "Remain Hydrated" but these issues are probably stopping you -

"I don't feel thirsty."

"I don't like the taste of water."

"I forget that I've to drink water."

"I don't want to go to the washroom a lot."

After reading this post, you won't be complaining about anything.

1) 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 -

In summer, you sweat about 1-2 liters of water, but that's not just water you're losing. You're losing electrolytes too.

So a simple fix is adding a little pink salt or lemon juice into your water, and BAM! It makes the water taste better too.


2) 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐲 -

Because of your own bad habits, you've ruined your thirst signals.

So to regain them, do these 2 things -

  1. Keep a bottle in every room you spend most of your time in.

  2. Set 6 alarms with a cuss word, "********* drink water."

Follow this alarm routine for a week or so, and you'll regain your natural thirst.

3) 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐲 -

From Tip No. 1, you can add pink salt and lemon juice to your water.

There are other alternatives too, like 

  1. Lemonade

  2. Coconut water

  3. A slice of your favorite fruit

All of these work like magic. Try different fruits and see what works best for you!
