
3 Tips to make sure you're not Dehydrated, Irritated and Lazy
There's only thing you need to be doing honestly - "Remain Hydrated" but these issues are probably stopping you -
"I don't feel thirsty."

"I don't want to go to the washroom a lot."

In summer, you sweat about 1-2 liters of water, but that's not just water you're losing. You're losing electrolytes too.
So a simple fix is adding a little pink salt or lemon juice into your water, and BAM! It makes the water taste better too.

Because of your own bad habits, you've ruined your thirst signals.

- Keep a bottle in every room you spend most of your time in.
- Set 6 alarms with a cuss word, "********* drink water."
Follow this alarm routine for a week or so, and you'll regain your natural thirst.

From Tip No. 1, you can add pink salt and lemon juice to your water.
There are other alternatives too, like
- Lemonade
- Coconut water
- A slice of your favorite fruit
